At Rejuve Collective, your safety, informed consent and clarity are central to everything we do. This policy outlines how we manage bookings, treatments and client care in accordance with NSW health regulations and Australian Consumer Law.

1. Services & Suitability
Rejuve Collective provides aesthetic, cosmetic, skin and wellness treatments, including advanced skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, injectable treatments (where clinically appropriate), body contouring and corrective therapies. All treatments are subject to clinical consultation, suitability assessment and practitioner approval. Treatment may be declined or discontinued where it is considered clinically unsuitable or not in the client’s best interests.
2. Medical & Cosmetic Disclaimer
Certain treatments may constitute medical or cosmetic procedures and involve inherent risks. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that: Results vary between individuals. No specific outcome can be guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be required. You have provided complete and accurate medical history. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications or allergies may increase treatment risk. All treatments are delivered in accordance with applicable NSW health legislation, professional standards and industry regulations.
3. Booking & Deposit Policy (Zenoti & In-Clinic)
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments booked online, via Zenoti, by phone or in clinic. Appointments are confirmed once the deposit has been successfully processed. The deposit: Is applied toward your total treatment cost. Secures your allocated appointment time. Covers reserved practitioner time and operational costs. This policy ensures fairness to both clients and practitioners, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. With 24 hours’ notice or more, your deposit will be retained as a clinic credit. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Failure to attend (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in full prepayment being required for future bookings.
5. Clinic Credits
Where a clinic credit is issued (including deposits): Credits are valid for 24 months from date of issue. Credits are non-transferable. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Expired credits cannot be reinstated. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, correct pricing errors or modify services where necessary.
7. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome where services have been performed with due care and skill. However, nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If services fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including re-supply, refund or compensation depending on the nature of the issue.
8. Treatment Risks & Aftercare
Cosmetic and aesthetic treatments involve risks and possible complications. Outcomes depend on factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, genetics and adherence to aftercare instructions. You agree to follow all written and verbal aftercare guidance and to notify us promptly of any concerns or adverse reactions. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results.
9. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, treatment time may be reduced and full treatment fees remain payable. If insufficient time remains to safely perform the service, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
10. Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or older unless a parent or legal guardian provides written consent and the treatment is legally and clinically appropriate. Proof of age may be requested. Injectable treatments are strictly subject to applicable NSW regulations.
11. Health & Safety
Treatment may be postponed or declined where: You appear unwell or infectious. You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You are pregnant (where treatment is contraindicated). Medical contraindications are present. Proceeding would compromise safety. Client wellbeing is our priority.
